It was great seeing a friend and former colleague run for Advisory Neighborhood Commission in DC! Brianne K. Nadeau.
I got up bright and early and helped her hand out flyers and greet prospective voters before they voted. Not everyone at this polling station was in the candidate's "district" - but several came out and said that they wrote Brianne in.
Even better - Brianne won in a landslide. Go Brianne!
