I made deli sandwiches for somewhat mentally challenge women who reside at the Pathways Women's Shelter in Washington, DC. Since I serve the meals I make, I often end up speaking with these women. One of them and I had a five minute conversation talking about our favorite kinds of meats and the dishes we like to make with those meats in it. I think she really enjoyed the attention. :)
